Water Intake Calculator
How to use this tool?
1) Enter Weight: Put your current weight in kilograms.
2) Add Exercise: Mention how many minutes you exercise daily (optional).
3) Get Result: The tool will show your daily requirement in Liters and the number of Glasses.
Why use this tool?
• Personalized Goals: One size doesn't fit all. A person weighing 50kg needs less water than someone weighing 90kg.
• Activity Based: If you sweat more during workouts, this tool accounts for that extra water loss.
• Easy Tracking: Knowing the number of "glasses" makes it easier to track throughout the day.
Water Intake Calculator Formula
Our tool calculates your hydration needs using a scientifically backed formula based on body weight and physical activity:
Step 1 (Base Requirement): The standard recommendation is to drink 33ml of water for every 1 kg of body weight.
Formula: Weight (kg) x 0.033 = Base Liters
Step 2 (Activity Bonus): Since we lose water through sweat during exercise, the formula adds 0.35 liters (350ml) for every 30 minutes of physical activity.
Formula: (Exercise Minutes ÷ 30) × 0.35 = Extra Liters
Total Daily Goal: Base Liters + Extra Liters = Total Intake
